AGAPE delivers the best experience when used consistently and according to the instructions provided in the Instruction Booklet, which is included with every AGAPE purchase.

After using AGAPE as suggested for a full 30 days, if you determine that it has not met your expectations, you may request a refund.

Eligibility for Return

Only products purchased directly from AGAPE, through our online store are eligible for return. Returns must be made by the original purchaser.

The product must be returned in its original condition. Products that have been damaged, altered, or otherwise damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange or refund.

A Canadian $10.00 administration fee, together with any applicable shipping fees, will be deducted from the refund amount for items purchased through the AGAPE online store.

This Return Policy does not apply to special offers, promotional purchases, or bundle offers.

Refund

Once we receive and process your returned product, the applicable refund will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your returned product for the refund to appear on your account.

How to Prepare a Return

Please place AGAPE and all original materials in a secure, flat envelope or package to protect the product during shipping.

Include a copy of your proof of purchase or receipt.
